New for 2025: Credits = Guest Passes
Daleview is now using guest credits in our MemberSplash system as our guest pass and payment system. 1 Credit = 1 Guest Pass, and each Credit costs $8 (members can save by purchasing 10 credits for $75). Members can buy credits online ahead of time, and just use them at the pool, or they can buy them at the front desk. They can buy any number that they want, either way.
The easiest thing for members is to buy credits ahead of time, or on their phone by logging into their account. If members need to, or prefer to, they may purchase guest credits at the front desk.
To Purchase Guest Passes Online
- Sign into your account and go to your Account page. In the top-left corner hover over Payments, and select Make a Payment.
- On the Payments page there are options to purchase Guest Passes. Use the drop-down menu on the right to select the number of passes you wish to purchase. Then complete your purchase.
Old Paper Guest Passes
In past years, Daleview has used paper guest passes, which members purchased. We will continue to honor those paper passes, and will let members know that they should trade their old guest passes in for new online guest credits. If a guest shows up with old paper passes, the front desk staff will essentially sell members guest credits in exchange for the paper passes.
