ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Thank you for your interest in Daleview Pool! At this point, with a rapidly growing waiting list, we are taking requests for summer 2025 and beyond. If you are interested in being on the waitlist, please click on the “join” tab under the membership category. You will need to fill out the waitlist form and pay the nonrefundable $50.00 waitlist fee. This fee will be applied as a credit on your membership bill when you join.
Typically, there is a two to three year wait for people to join the pool from the time they join the waitlist. The wait time varies, depending on the number of member resignations which free up openings. With the number of folks waiting, we do not give people their waitlist number. Additionally, we do not update people on their place in line.
The membership team will start making membership offers in the spring (anywhere from March through June), when there is a better understanding of how many openings we may have based on member resignations and dormancies. At that time, the team will reach out to those on the waitlist in the order of the date they joined the waitlist. In the meantime, if your contact information changes, please log into your Daleview waitlist account to make updates.
If you are contacted in the spring and are interested in joining the pool, you will be asked to fill out an application form, and receive instructions about payment of membership fees.
Daleview offers both full and single season memberships. Full memberships become available when a current member resigns. Daleview’s by-laws allow for 325 full memberships. We also offer some single season memberships. There is a waiting list for both single season and full memberships.
Full Membership Fees:
All full members pay annual dues, based on family size. For 2025 they are:

| Household of 2 persons | $710 |
| Household of 3 persons | $735 |
| Household of 4 persons | $760 |
| Household of 5 or more persons | $785 |
Please note that (per our bylaws) a family membership is defined as persons who are permanent year-round residents of the household. This may include children, relatives and/or housemates.
When you or your family agrees to become a full member, you will also be billed for several one-time initiation charges, totaling $400: a $100 membership fee ($80 of which is returned when you resign and your membership is filled by someone else); a $100 fee for capital improvements; and a $200 initiation fee. These fees may be paid in two stages: 1/2 the first year and 1/2 in your second membership year.
2025 Single Season Pass Fees:
The single season fee is $855 per household regardless of family size. Some families may prefer a single season pass because they want to join the pool for only one summer. Also, we may only be able to offer you a single season pass if we don’t have any full membership openings. In that case you will be at the top of the waitlist for a full membership for the following summer.
